Case overview

The case overview contains the main part of the system.

The left side contains the case overview allowing you the see the amounts on the case, remaining amounts and debitor information. Here you also have buttons to only show remaining amounts, editing debitor and showing debitor notes. The small number on debitor notes shows you have many currently active notes this debitor has.

The right hand side has an action bar at the top allowing you to close the case, set the case on hold, add forgiving or create payment plan directly.

The first card shows the invoices of this case where you can add credit notes and invoices if needed. These are normally synced from your ERP.

The next element is payment, here you can register payments or forgiving. Payments are normally synced from your ERP, but if you choose to forgive fee/interest this has to be registered here.

Under Case Action you pick the flow of the case in the drop down right next to the header. You can create manual case actions by pressing the + sign on the right hand side. The table below shows sent, created and planned case actions for this case. By clicking the eye you can see information about how the case action was sent if it was sent. You can change status by clicking the pencil and delete it by clicking the thrash. You can send directly from the case by choosing the channel and clicking send or you can send from Sending Management.

You can add notes and see current notes in the next card. Lastly you can see other cases for the debitor.
